Minted starting in November 24, 1986 these are 100% silver and are a pure 1 ounce coin round. They have been minted in three different locations Philadelphia, San Francisco, West Point Mint. Rarity of these coins are mostly dependent on the mint value's and the coins condition. At the very least the newest ones which have really high mint numbers are still valued at what ever silver price is going for at the time.
